What inspires you - describe it:

My music – to wake me up, sometimes to express my feelings; images (magazines, Pinterest, deviant art); my books – the pull me from reality for a little while – clear my mind and most importantly... my family (my amazing Hubby and 2 beautiful girlies!)

How this inspiration overlaps with your work

A clear mind can focus on the task at hand. Taking that 5,10 or even 15 minutes to turn off work and regroup is sometimes required. And keeping my music going strong all day helps me block out unnecessary distractions.
